As a seasoned management professional, Leisa brings 18 years of New York City hospitality and retail operations experience to the team. As the daughter of entrepreneurs and a former startup founder herself, Leisa seeks to champion and celebrate the small business community through her work at LoLo. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling the world, live music and exploring her new city of Asheville, NC.
Lori Davis
Lori has over 10 years of experience in event management, hospitality management, arts administration and marketing. She's an avid baker, community volunteer, and Spanish language learner. She's been on the boards of the Asheville Area Arts Council and Asheville Sister Cities, Inc and will begin volunteering as an ESOL instructor with the Literacy Council of Buncombe County in late 2020. She makes a darn good bagel, if you need a dozen, send her an email. She comes from a farming family in Cincinnati but has found new roots in Asheville and loves calling West Asheville in particular, home.
Bonnie Elder

Originally from Texas, Bonnie made her way to the Carolinas in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since! She brings 6 years of teaching experience and 9 years of startup operations to the table, and the unique skills developed in the classroom and in small business ops have led her to pursue her passion for creating highly personal and elevated customer experiences. When she’s not spending time in nature, you can find Bonnie swing dancing, reading, baking, and doing yoga.

Hunter worked for ten years in East Africa running operations for international businesses. He is a native of Charlotte, NC and currently resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and three daughters.
Alaina Franks

Alaina Franks is a Western North Carolina native who loves camping all over the mountains with her husband, dog, and large extended family! Her passion for local business stems from her upbringing on the family farm and 10 years of working in local WNC businesses from barista-ing to teaching dance to marketing local businesses. When she's not at LoLo, you can find Alaina tap dancing, cooking, or playing country tunes around a campfire.
Richard Greathouse
Logistics Manager
Richard was born and raised on a farm outside Lexington, KY, and relocated to North Carolina in the fall of 2005 to attend UNC-Asheville. Having now called the area home for nearly two decades, Richard enjoys everything Asheville has to offer; from its abundance of outdoor activities to its thriving food & culture scene. In his spare time, Richard loves to cook, spend time with his loving partner, go on adventures with his dog, and see live music.
Clark Harris
Co-Founder
Clark is an artist at heart and his vision has helped grow the LoLo Gifts program from a simple idea to a scaling business in just over 2 years. Clark also is a certified Deep-water-tech diver as well as a private pilot and knows how to stay cool under pressure. Clark is a native of Wilson, NC, but it could be argued his true home is in the woods or on the banks of a river with a fly rod. He also spent 100 days in silence on a fundraising campaign in honor of his late mother to "Silence Cancer".
Frank Kumro
Senior Developer
Frank brings over 18 years of engineering experience to the LoLo team. He was born and raised in NY, where he resides with his wife and two sons. When Frank isn't playing with his kids, you can find him fishing for bass, building hardware experiments, and contributing to the open-source community.
Taylor Neumeister
Taylor spent her early years in Canada, but was raised in Illinois. After university, she began her pastry career in Chicago, and it lead her to The Virgin Islands, Paris, New York, and finally Seattle, where she lives now. Having owned a small business of her own, she enjoys working for a company that supports local businesses, and whose core values align with her own. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys hiking, skiing, sailing, mountaineering, baking, and traveling.
Celeste Shadoan
Celeste is an Asheville native and a graduate of UNC Asheville. She appreciates working with a company whose focus on local creates a direct positive economic impact. Celeste enjoys hiking, theatre, traveling, listening to live music and writing.
Matthew Simpson
With more than 20 years of executive experience in technology, Matthew has seen the convergence of software and marketing firsthand. He has been involved as founder or consultant on multiple SaaS (software-as-a-service) products. Most notably, he helped build the product and sales organization at MemberClicks, which sold in a highly successful exit in 2017. Matthew has built true expertise in sales and business development. He is a native of Nashville, TN and played on the 1990’s ACC Champion Wake Forest Men’s Basketball team. He's the father of two and often loses a game of chess to his 6 year old son.
Courtney Sheldon
Courtney was born in Massachusetts and raised in the Tarheel State. After a brief hiatus living in the Mile High City following graduation from UNCW, she decided to return back to her home turf to join the LoLo team. Traveling, camping, ASL, volunteering and all things Stephen King are just a few examples of Courtney’s interests.
Jessica Sullivan

With a background in real estate marketing and training, Jessica manages LoLo’s user experience and features.
Though raised in Waynesville, NC, Jessica has called Charlotte, NC home for 15 years, where she lives with her husband and 10-year-old son.
Ellie Wigodsky
Program Director
Ellie has over 10 years of marketing, event planning and hospitality management experience with independent local businesses. In addition, she is a certified English language teacher and taught English in southern Spain for 2 years. She is a native of Winston-Salem, NC. Outside of work Ellie enjoys playing tennis, dog parenting, cooking for friends, serving on the Board of the Organic Growers School and traveling abroad (she’s visited 27 countries).
